Mortgage Advisor

Working from one of our offices in Hampshire, you will provide professional, expert advice to clients. Mortgage Advisors will control the entire process, from assessing your clients needs and proposing the best possible solutions, to dealing with lenders and assisting your clients in completing the application process. Mortgage Advisors will provide independent guidance on mortgages and mortgage-associated products, such as insurance.

Mortgage Advisors are responsible for delivering first-class customer service at all times, building long-term relationships with your clients.

As a member of The mortgage monkey team, you will receive first-class qualified leads and appointments. You will also receive full administration support from a dedicated team.

We provide the structure and support to ensure that our teams of Mortgage Advisors are dedicated to the job they do best; to advise clients and successfully complete mortgage cases.

Qualifications:- Candidates should have at least 1 year’s experience working as a Mortgage Advisor and full CeMap qualifications (or equivalent).

Mortgage Advisor (Trainee)

The mortgage monkey is also looking for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in mortgage broking, but do not hold full CeMap qualifications. This is the perfect role for ambitious individuals looking to begin a career in mortgage broking.

Trainee Mortgage Advisors will work alongside our Mortgage Advisors and our Mortgage Administrators in order to build up and develop your knowledge of the mortgage industry.

Trainee Mortgage Advisors will receive ongoing training and support to ensure you learn the sales skills and techniques necessary to become a successful Mortgage Advisor. Additionally you will study for and sit your CeMap qualifications.

Qualifications:- No specific experience is required although sales experience is useful but the right attitude is essential.

Mortgage Administrators

The mortgage monkey is currently looking to expand its administration team. We are looking for responsible, articulate, intelligent individuals to be part of a team that provides support to our consultants.

Mortgage Administrators will be responsible for coordinating client files, working closely between individual clients, our consultants and mortgage lenders. In order to provide a truly personal service, our Mortgage Administrators work with only a small number of clients therefore the ability to understand a client’s circumstances and objectives is crucial.

The individual will have good written and oral communications skills, be technically strong, accurate, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 3 years relevant industry experience, preferably with MAQ.

Mortgage Administrator (Trainee)

The mortgage monkey is also looking for Trainee Mortgage Administrators to work alongside and assist our administrative team.

The individual will have good written and oral communications skills, be self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Qualifications: Candidates should preferable have at least 12 months industry experience. However this is not essential and full in-house training will be provided.
